A leading advocate of small business he has consistently appeared on FOX television and his articles have been published by Business Week, Entrepreneur, Fortune, CNN/Money and numerous other publications. For 10 years Mark hosted the CBS radio show, "The Small Business Hour" and in 2003 was voted "Journalist of the Year" by the Small Business Administration. An organizational psychologist, he is a graduate of Rowan and Rutgers Universities and Keller Graduate School of Management. He is author of the new book, Rules of Attraction and for the last 15 years he has been active as a senior instructor for Dale Carnegie Worldwide, the largest training organization in the world.

In addition Aaron is Franchisee and President of DC of SoLA. With a diverse client base spanning from Fortune 500 companies, such as Northrop Grumman Corporation, Raytheon Company, and The Boeing Company, to local favorites such as InNOut Burger, to working with U.S. Military Veterans to transition back into civilian life, Aaron and his team pride themselves on leveraging proven principles and methodologies to fit a wide variety of business needs. He began his career in the learning and development industry as a Performance Consultant with Dale Carnegie Training in Southern California . In 2004, he became the Senior Vice President of the organization. In 2005, he joined Dale Carnegie of Ohio and Indiana where he operated the Columbus and Cleveland franchises for several years. Building his first website in 1995, Matt learned about the ins and outs of Internet Marketing early in his career. With the constant changes the web presents, he focuses much of his time on continuous learning about the best and latest techniques for ensuring search engine rankings, and putting these techniques into practice for clients. Matt has built a network of technology specialists in every area of online capabilities, including CRM specialists, online marketing, SEO and PPC specialists, web based applications, and .NET. He and his team of designers have created highly equitable brands for all types of clients in nearly every industry including aerospace, automotive, bio-tech, construction, consumer products, electronics, financial, high-tech, home-improvement, manufacturing, medical, training and many service-based businesses. His award winning designs have been featured in trade publications, local periodicals and in major media outlets. As the art director for most engagements Max provides creative input to clients and helps plan creative strategies. Particularly adept at brand positioning and maximizing brand equity in a visually cluttered environment Max has helped clients to significantly increase their perceived value by clearly demonstrating product and service benefits in a simple, powerful and graphical way. Max also owns the design firm Dogs of Design with 5 designers, in-house photography capabilities and pre-press and print-ready capabilities.

Sean has been in the financial industry for the last thirteen years and an attorney for the last eight years. With a strong technical knowledge of the law and finance, he helps companies address many concerns that most advisors would shy away from. Sean earned a degree in finance from the California State Polytechnic University at Pomona and a Juris Doctor from Chapman Law School. As a supervisor at a national financial planning firm he mentored and coached other advisors, fostered team building, and put together advanced owner compensation and employee benefit structures. From working at the US Bankruptcy Court to working for one of the top asset protection law firms in Orange County, Sean has been able to serve a very wide range of clients. He is a member of the California State Bar, a member of the Orange County Bar Association, and performs numerous speaking engagements for real estate, business, and investment professionals.
